What You Can Expect:

As Protiviti’s Senior Marketing Manager, Global Financial Services Industry, you will be responsible for the strategy, design, management and execution of actionable marketing, content and client development plans, budgets and results reporting for Protiviti’s largest industry practice, financial services.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategy and Growth – Build, drive and execute the FSI brand and marketing strategy aligned with Protiviti’s overall firm strategy and priorities; Translate business objectives/goals into actionable integrated marketing programs to help drive growth; Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement; Act as a strategic business partner to key stakeholders within areas of responsibility.

  • Positioning, Messaging and Content Development – Create the strategic positioning and messaging towards key audiences in FSI and the overall industry ecosystem; Develop industry content and go-to-market strategies for practice leaders and subject matter experts across solution offerings and FSI segments, with specific focus on expanding the Protiviti brand in Asset Management, Capital Markets, Payments and FinTech.

  • Client Focus – Develop and execute impactful and meaningful client marketing strategies and programs, aligned with Protiviti’s Global Strategic Account Management Program (GSAM) and in close collaboration with respective Account Executives and Teams, to enhance client experience and engagement, and help drive brand awareness across the client’s organization.

  • Industry Ecosystem Relationships – Continuously analyze the marketplace for potential opportunities for growth; Build, manage and deepen marketing supplier and other key partner relationships, such as industry/trade associations, publishers, media platforms, conference organizers, technology vendors, and fintech forums, to develop programs that help build the brand, grow market share and innovate.

  • Optimize Marketing Operations – Accountable and responsible for the FSI marketing budget and channel effectiveness within areas of responsibility; Optimize for people, processes, and technologies to drive alignment across the global, matrixed organization.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; graduate degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of well-rounded marketing experience; preferably at a professional services firm or financial institution.
